Hi, I’m Janos.

I started programming on a Commodore 64 at seven and never really stopped. That curiosity turned into nearly two decades of building software: mobile platforms first, then computer vision, and now generative AI. These days I work on legal AI, turning documents into structured, retrievable knowledge and building the agents and context engineering around it. I’ve been an AWS Community Builder since 2020.

This is where I keep my field notes on knowledge management, agents, and context engineering in document AI. The register is experimental development rather than polished theory: what I learn building real systems, written down while it’s still fresh. Legal documents are the current proving ground, but most of the ideas travel.

Away from the keyboard you can find me outdoors trekking and travelling, and spending time with my family.
